Your Home Warranty in 3 easy
steps
Step
1: Move In Inspection Form
Once
construction of your new Mountain Vista home is
completed, you should conduct a walk-through
inspection of your new home. This form allows you an
opportunity to note any items that need attention,
completion, or repair and allows us to return to
your home to complete or repair any items.
Step 2: 30 Day Inspection Form
Although every effort is made to ensure your home is
complete and everything works properly prior to
moving in, we recognize some items may only become
apparent once your home is occupied. This inspection
form will help you compile a list of such items
you’ve become aware of after living in your new
home.
Step 3: 11 Month Inspection Form
This form should be completed one month before the
first anniversary of your closing. This form will
allow us to discuss any issues, handle any warranty
concerns, and answer any questions you may have
prior to the expiration of your one-year anniversary
of ownership. |
